About Us

The Flood Victoria website has been developed for the Victorian community by the Goulburn Broken Catchment Management Authority on behalf of the State Flood Policy Committee.

This website is largely a portal that provides links to information from a number of different government departments and agencies and can direct you to other websites.  These websites will open in a new (popup) window, ensuring that you can continue browsing Flood Victoria.  Any feedback on their sites or requests for information should be directed to the particular agency concerned.

This website has been made possible from three major funding sources, the Department of Sustainability and Environment, Emergency Management Australia and Goulburn Broken Catchment Management Authority in association with Greater Shepparton City Council.

The project was carried out under the guidance of the Department of Sustainability and Environment, Office of the Emergency Services Commissioner, Department of Human Services, Catchment Management Authorities, Melbourne Water, Victoria State Emergency Service, Bureau of Meteorology and Greater Shepparton City Council.

If you have any feedback about this website or wish to contact the website manager, please send an email to reception@gbcma.vic.gov.au
